MANUTENZIONE
7.1 SOSlITUZIONE DELLA LAMA
Lasostituzione dell'utensile va effettua-
, ta indossando guanti di protezione.
•

• Rimuovere la piastrina angolare (27) del guida-
lama mobile.
• Rimuovere il carter di protezione (28).
• Ruotare la leva (29) verso la posizione
,,_n.
• Estrarre la lama (30).
• Inserire la nuova lama, prestando attenzione al
senso di taglio e ponendola prima fra i rulli
guidalama e successivamente fra le pUlegge in
gomma (31).
• Ruotare la leva (29) verso la posizione
"+n.
• Arrivando con la leva (29) a finecorsa, la lama
si porrà automaticamente nella posizione di
taglio ai primi giri del motore.
• Rimontare
il
carter (28) e la piastrina (27) del
guidalama mobile.
Durante i primi 4-6 tagli (dopo la
, sostituzione della lama) esercitare pres-
~
sioni di taglio contenute, in modo da •
aumentare, in seguito, la durata e l'efficacia della
lama.

• Pulire accuratamente ogni parte della macchi-
na, rimuovendo trucioli e limatura da taglio.
7.3
PERIODICAMENTE
• Controllare la lunghezza e la buona efficienza
delle spazzole del motore elettrico: se la loro
lunghezza dovesse risultare inferiore a 6 mm
occorrerà sostituirla con altre identiche.
• La trasmissione ad ingranaggi non necessita di
alcuna manutenzione in quanto lavora con
lubrificanti LONG LIFE.

• Remove the corner plate (27) from the mobile
biade guide.
• Remove the protective guard (28).
• Turn the lever (29) towards the position

• Remove the biade (30).
• Insert the new biade, taking care to observe the
cutting direction and placing it between the
biade guide rollers, then between the rubber
pulleys
(31).

Turn
the lever (29) towards the position
"+n.
• When the lever (29) reaches the end of its
stroke, the biade will automatically position
itself for cutting when the motor begins to
turno
• Replace the guard (28) and the piate (27) of the
mobile biade guide.
Duringthe first 4-6 cuts (afterrepladng
, the blade) use slight cutting pressures,

of the biade thereafter.

• Den Hebe1 (29) bis zum Endanschlag drehen.
Dann stellt sich das Blatt automatisch in der
Schnittposition bei den ersten Motordrehungen.
• Die Abdeckung (28) und die Piatte
(27) der
beweglichen Blattfi.ihrung wieder anbringen.
Bei den ersten 4-6 Schnìtten [nach

• Die
Unge
und die Leistungsfàhigkeit der
Biirsten des elektrischen Motors kontrollieren;
falls die Biirsten kiirzer als 6 mm sind, wird es
notig, sie durch andere, identische Biirsten zu
ersetzen.
• Die Getriebe sind wartungsfrei, da sie mit
LONG LIFE-Schmierstoffen arbeiten.
