2. Attach the throttle cable end guide to the throttle lever with a
washer and cotter pin retainer.
3. Adjust the cable barrel so that the installed throttle cable will
hold the lever on the carburetor against the full throttle stop.
4. Position the throttle cable into the rubber grommet and place
the cable barrel into the barrel receptacle.
