A) MONITOR DISPLAYS: Speed, Time, Pulse, Distance, Level, Calories and Program Profiles.
B) START/STOP: Press to start/pause/end your workout.
C) ENTER: Used to set your program.
D) RESET: Press to reset the elliptical.
