whiledriving;thismayoverheatthebrakes,
reducetheirefciencyandcauseexcessive
weartothebrakecomponents.
Thefreetravelofbrakepedalisintherangeof0～8mm.
Reasonableusagescopeofbrakefrictionpair:nolessthan
3.8mmforthethicknessoffrontbrakepad;nolessthan2
mmforthethicknessofrearbrakepad;28～30mmfor
frontbrakedisc,and23～25mmforrearbrakedisc.
Fortherst1500km,youshouldavoidsituationswhere
heavybrakingisrequired.
Notethatregularservicingisvitaltoensurethatall
thebrakecomponentsareexaminedforwearatthe
correctintervals,andreplacedwhennecessarytoensure
long-termsafetyduringtheintervalprescribedinWarranty
andMaintenanceManual.
Thevehicleneedstoruninfor800kmafterthebrakepad
ordiscisreplaced.
BrakeFluidCheckandT opUp
Brakeuidishighlytoxic,keepthebrake
uidsealedandstoredoutofreachof
children.Ifaccidentalcontactofbrake
uidissuspected,seekmedicalattention
immediately.
Preventbrakeuidcomingintocontact
withtheskinoreyes.Ifthisoccurs,rinse
immediatelywithplentyofwater.Ifeyes
arestillred,painfuloruncomfortable,seek
medicalattentionimmediately.
Thebrakeuidlevelshouldbecheckedweeklywhenthe
systemiscoldandwiththecaronlevelground.Cleanthe
coverrstbeforeopeningthebrakeuidreservoir.
Thebrakeuidlevelcanbeseenthroughthereservoirand
shouldbemaintainedbetweenthe"MAX"and"MIN"
marks.
Note:Donotallowthebrakeuidleveltodropbelow
the"MIN"markorriseabovethe"MAX"mark.
