reclined.
NEVERunfastenaseatbeltwhilstdriving,
seriousinjuryordeathmayoccurinthe
eventofanaccidentoremergencybraking.
Neverfastenthedriverseatbeltorusea
bucklereplacementwhenthedriverseatis
vacantorwhenexitingthevehicle.

Whenthevehicleismoving,seatbeltsmustbefastened
foralloccupants.Because:
•Y oucanneverpredictifyouwillbeinvolvedinacollision
accidentandhowseriousitmaybe.
•Intheeventofacollisionoremergencybraking,theseat
beltswillautomaticallylock.Whentheseatbeltisworn
correctly,thestrongestboneinyourbodywillbearthe
impactforcetoreduceyourspeedtogetherwiththe
vehicle,soastopreventtheout-of-controlmovement
whichmaycauseseriousinjurytodriverandpassengers.
•Theforcegeneratedbyalow-speedcollisioncannotbe
supportedbyarmsandhandseveninaminortrafc
accident.
•Theexperiencehasclearlydemonstratedthatwhether
theoccupantiseffectivelyprotectedhasalottodowith
whethertheseatbeltisproperlywornornotinmany
collisionaccidents!
