Thereare3positionstoadjusttheheightoftheseathead
restraint.
Whenadjustingtheheadrestraintfromalowpositionto
ahighone,pulltheheadrestraintdirectlyupward,and
gentlypresstheheadrestraintdownwardafteritreaches
thedesiredpositiontomakesurethatitislockedin
position.T oremovetheheadrestraint,pressandhold
theguidebuttons(B)atbothendsoftheheadrestraint
simultaneously,andpulltheheadrestraintupwardto
removeit.
Whenadjustingtheheadrestraintfromahighposition
toalowone,presstheleftguidebutton(A),andpress
theheadrestraintdownward;releasethebuttonafter
itreachesthedesiredposition,andgentlypressthe
headrestraintdownwardtomakesurethatitislocked
inposition.T omovetheheadrestrainttothelowest
position,pressandholdtheguidebuttons(B)atbothends
oftheheadrestraintsimultaneously,andpressthehead
restraintdownward.
