remainsinadrivablecondition.Theseat
beltpretensionersshouldbereplacedatthe
earliestopportunitybyanMGAuthorised
Repairer.
Thevehicleisttedwithseatbeltpre-tensionersbesides
thefrontseatbeltretractor.Althoughtheseatbelt
pre-tensionerremainsinvisible,theyarepartoftheseat
beltassembly.Seatbeltpre-tensionerworkstogetherwith
airbagstoprotectdriversandpassengers.Whenmedium
orseverefrontalcollisionoccursandmeetsthecondition
toactivatethepre-tensioner,thepre-tensionerwillhelpto
securetheseatbelttoreducepassengersmovingforward.
