DONOTrestyourfootonthebrakepedal
whiledriving;thismayoverheatthebrakes,
reducetheirefciencyandcauseexcessive
wear.
Reasonableusagescopeofbrakefrictionpair:notlessthan
2mmforminimumthicknessofbrakepads,23~25mmfor
frontbrakedisc,10~12mmforrearbrakedisc.
Fortherst1500km,youshouldavoidsituationswhere
heavybrakingisrequired.
Rememberthatregularservicingisvitaltoensurethat
allthebrakecomponentsareexaminedforwearatthe
correctintervals,andreplacedwhenrequiredtoensure
longtermsafetyandoptimumperformanceduringthe
intervalprescribedinWarrantyandMaintenanceManual.
Thecarneedstoruninfor800kmafterthebrakepador
discisreplaced.
BrakeFluidCheckandT opUp
Brakeuidishighlytoxic,keepcontainers
sealedandoutofthereachofchildren.If
accidentalcontactofbrakeuidissuspected,
seekmedicalattentionimmediately.
Preventbrakeuidcomingintocontact
withtheskinoreyes.Ifthisoccurs,rinse
immediatelywithplentyofwater.Ifeyes
arestillred,painfuloruncomfortable,seek
medicalattentionimmediately.
Thebrakeuidlevelshouldbecheckedweeklywhenthe
systemiscoldandwiththecaronlevelground.
Theuidlevelcanbeseenthroughthereservoirneck
andshouldbemaintainedasclosetothe"MAX"mark
aspossible.Donotallowtheleveltodropbelowthe
"MIN"mark.
