SeatBeltsDuringPregnancy
Wearingcorrectlypositionedseatbeltswillprovide
protectionforbothmotherandunbornchildintheevent
ofacollisionoremergencybraking.
Thediagonalsectionoftheseatbeltshouldpassacross
thechestasnormal,thelapsectionofthebeltshouldpass
belowthebelly,lowandsnugonthehipbones.NEVER
positionthebeltonorabovethebelly.

SeatBeltsandDisabilities
Itisalegalrequirementthatalloccupantswearseatbelts,
thisincludepeoplewithdisabilities.
Dependinguponthedisability,consultyourphysicianfor
furtherdetails.
SeatBeltPre-tensioners
Theseatbeltpre-tensionerswillonly
beactivatedonceandthenMUST
BEREPLACED.Failuretoreplacethe
pre-tensionerswillreducetheefciencyof
thevehicle'sfrontrestraintsystem.
Ifthepre-tensionershavebeenactivated,the
seatbeltswillstillfunctionasrestraints,and
mustbewornintheeventthatthevehicle
remainsinadrivablecondition.Theseat
beltpretensionersshouldbereplacedatthe
earliestopportunitybyanMGAuthorised
Repairer.
