14.Ensuretiminggearsarecleanandfreefromoilor
grease.
Caution:Ifsinteredgearshavebeensubjectedto
prolongedoilcontamination,theymustbesoakedin
solventandthenthoroughlywashedincleansolvent
beforeretting.Becauseoftheporousconstructionof
sinteredmaterial,oilimpregnatedinthegearwillemerge
andcontaminateanewbelt.
15.Fittiminggearstocamshaftsensuringthattimingmarks
arealignedandthatdrivepinsarelocatedincorrect
slotingears.
16.RestraintiminggearsusingtoolT10030.
17.Fitboltsandwashersandtightento61–68Nm.
18.Ensuretimingmarksongearsarealigned.
19.FittiminggearlockingtoolT10029.
20.Fitcamshaftdrivebelt.

7.Pressplasticcollaranddisconnectbrakeservohose
fromintakemanifold.
8.Remove3screwssecuringsparkplugcoverandremove
cover.
