usefulformotorwaycruising,orforanyjourneywherea
constantspeedcanbemaintainedforalengthyperiod.

reversegear.

constantspeedcannoteasilybemaintained.
ALWA YSswitchoffthemasterswitchwhenyouno
longerintendtousecruisecontrol.
T ooperatecruisecontrol
Thecruisecontrolsystemhasthreeswitches;twopush
switches(masterswitchandresumeswitch)andathumb
wheelsetswitch.Allswitchesaremountedontherighthand
sideofthesteeringwheel.
1.Pressthemasterswitch(1),thewarninglightinthe
instrumentpanelwillilluminate.
2.Pressthethumbwheel(2)tosettheroadspeedinthe
systemmemory.Cruisecontrolwillnowmaintainthat
speedwithouttheneedtousetheacceleratorpedal.
Accelerateuntilthedesiredcruisingspeedisreached.
Thismustbeabovethesystem'sminimumoperational
speedof40km/handbelowthemaximumoperating
speedof200km/h.Cruisecontrolcanbeenableduntil
thespeedof45km/h.

previoussetspeed,presstheRESswitch(3).

Alternatively,thesetspeedcanbeincreasedordecreased
incrementallybypushingandreleasingthethumbwheel;up
toincreaseanddowntodecreasespeed.Eachoperation
ofthethumbwheelwillincreaseordecreasethespeedby
approximately1km/h.
