Description of Situation
The Infotainment systems fails to load certain functionalities such as Navigation, radio, vehicle
settings, etc.
Please use this procedure when the following problems occur:
• Navigation can’t be started
• Problems with Bluetooth connection
• Phone functions not working properly
• System keeps rebooting

Operation
1. Please download the complete navigation file from the shared link.
2. Copy and unzip the file in a USB stick that has a size of more than 16GB with format
FAT32. Don’t put the unzipped files in 1 file in USB flash drive!
3. Insert the USB in the USB port at the driver side
