Thelanedeparturewarningsystemusesthefrontview
cameratodetectthelanelinesaheadofthevehicle.
Thesystemwilloperatewhenthefollowingdetection
conditionsaremet:
•ThefunctionisswitchedON.
•Vehiclespeedisabove37mph(60km/h).
•Lanelinemarkingsareclear.
Aslongasthesystemrecognisesatleastonelanelinethe
indicatorlampintheinstrumentpackwillilluminategreen.
Whenawheelisabouttocrossthelaneline,orhasalready
crossedtheline,thefollowingwarningswillbeprovidedto
promptthedrivertotakeactionandmaintainthevehicle
positionbetweenthelanelines:
•Anaudiblewarningsoundisemitted.
•Avisiblewarningdepictingacarpassingalaneline
isdisplayedintheinformationmessagecentreinthe
instrumentpack.
•Thesteeringwheelproducesanvibrationwarning.
Thefunctionwillautomaticallyexitwhenthevehiclespeed
dropsbelow33mph(55km/h).
Lanedeparturewarningsystemsetting
Theoperatinginterfaceforthelanedeparturewarning
systemislocatedintheinfotainmentdisplay.Enterthe
vehiclesettinginterfacetolocatethedrivingassistoption,
scrollacrossthepagetondthesettinginterfaceforthe
laneassistsystem:
1T ouchthecorrespondingbuttonintheinfotainment
displaytoturnon/offthelaneassistsystem.Select
alertintheassistmodetoswitchonthelanedeparture
warningsystem.Thesystemdefaultstothelast
selectedstatefromwhenthevehiclepowersystem
wasON/READY .
2T ouchthecorrespondingbuttonintheinfotainment
displaytoturnon/offtheaudiblealert.Thesystem
defaultstothelastselectedstatefromwhenthe
vehiclepowersystemwasON/READY.
3T ouchthecorrespondingbuttonintheinfotainment
displaytoadjustthealertsensitivity.Thesystem
defaultstothelastselectedstatefromwhenthe
vehiclepowersystemwasON/READY.
