forthecameratodetectthelanelineaheaddueto
weatherandenvironmentalfactors.
•Thelanelineistoothin,damaged,orfuzzy.
•Thevehicleisdrivenonthebendwithasmallcurvature
radius.
•Thewidthoftheroadistoonarrowortoowide.
•Thevehicleisdrivenonaroadsectionwithoutlane
lines.
•Thevehiclehasjustenteredaroadsectionwithlane
lines.
•Thevehiclechangeslanes.
•ThevehicleisnotinD.
•Thevehicleswayslaterallytoofast.
•Thevehiclespeedisbelow33mph(55km/h),orabove
111mph(180km/h).
•Theanti-lockbrakesystem(ABS)andthedynamic
stabilitycontrolsystem(SCS)areactivated.
•Faultsexistintheanti-lockbrakesystem(ABS),dynamic
stabilitycontrolsystem(SCS),electricpowersteering
system(EPS),etc.
IMPORTANT
Thelanedeparturewarningsystemwillnotprovidean
alertinthefollowingsituations:
•Thedriverindicatesinthedirectionofthelaneline
abouttobecrossed.
•Thehazardlampsareactivated.
•Thedriverappliestheacceleratorrapidly,carries
outanemergencymanoeuvreormakesahardbrake
pedalapplication.
Itisrecommendedtoturnoffthelanedeparturewarning
systeminthefollowingsituations:
•Drivinginasportsstyleormanner.
•Drivinginbadweatherconditions.
•Drivingonroughorpoorroadsurfaces.
•Drivingthroughroadworksorconstructionsites.
