Forwardcollisionwarningsystemsetting
Theoperatinginterfacefortheforwardcollisionwarning
systemislocatedintheinfotainmentdisplay.Enterthe
vehiclesettinginterfacetolocatethedrivingassistoption,
scrollacrossthepagetondthesettinginterfaceforthe
forwardcollisionsystem.
1T ouchthecorrespondingbuttonintheinfotainment
displaytoswitchtheforwardcollisionsystemon/off.
Selectalertintheassistmodetoactivatetheforward
collisionwarningsystem.Whenthestartstopswitch
illuminatesgreen(ON/READY),theswitchdefaults
toON.Whenthedriveractivelyselectstoturnoff
thefunction,thepromptmessagewillbedisplayed
intheinformationmessagecentreintheinstrument
pack,andtheconrmationmessagepopupinthe
infotainmentdisplay.
2T ouchthecorrespondingbuttonintheinfotainment
systemtoadjustthealertsensitivity,thesystem
defaultstothelastselectedstatefromwhenthe
vehiclepowersystemwasON/READY.
Thelampilluminatesyellowwhentheforward
collisionwarningsystemisturnedoff.Iftheforward
collisionwarningsystemdetectsafaultorfailure,the
indicatorlampwillashyellowfor90s,andthenremain
on.
Theforwardcollisionwarningsystemwillbe
impairedinthefollowingconditions:
•Thefrontviewcameraisobstructedoritsperformance
isaffected.
•Thevehicleisdrivingonabendwithasmallcurve
radius.
•Thevehicleaheadisofanonstandardtype,oronlythe
sidecanbedetected.
•Thevehicleaheadistoolargeorclosemakingit
impossibletomakeoutthecompleteoutline.
•Thevehicleisonanexcessivegradientorslope.
•ThevehicleisinR.
•Thevehicleisacceleratingorbrakingexcessivelyhard.
•Thereareanimals,signposts,guardrails,buildingsor
similarnonmotorisedobjectsahead.
