Atthebottomoftheoriginaltyretread,thereisa1.6
millimetershighwearmarkperpendiculartothewheel
rollingdirection.Theseindicatorsaremouldedintothe
treadpatternatseveralpointsaroundthecircumference.
Amarkonthesideofatyre,suchastheuppercaseletter
TWIorthetriangle,indicatingthepositionofthewear
mark.
Whenthetreadhasworndownto1.6millimeter,the
indicatorswillcometothesurfaceofthetreadpattern,
producingtheeffectofacontinuousbandofrubberacross
thewidthofthetyre.
IMPORTANT
AtyreMUSTbereplacedassoonasawearindicator
becomesvisible.
ReplacementT yres
Itisrecommendedtoinstallthetyres
consistentwiththeoriginalspecications.
DONOTreplacethetyreswithtyresofany
othertype.Alternativetyres,ofadifferent
specication,mayadverselyaffectthe
