thesidelampsandswitchillumination.Withthevehicle
powersystemintheOFFpositionifthelightingswitchisin
position2andthedriver’sdooropenedanaudiblewarning
willsoundtoalertthedriver,thesidelampswillremainon.
DippedHeadlamps
WhenthevehiclepowersystemisintheONposition,
turnthemasterlightingswitchtoposition3tooperate
thedippedheadlampsandsidelamps.
LightsOff
T urnthemasterlightingswitchtoposition4,thiswill
switchoffalllamps,releasingtheswitchwillallowitto
returntotheAUTOswitchposition.
FollowMeHome
Afterthevehiclepowersystemisturnedoff,pullthe
lightingstalkswitchtowardsthesteeringwheel.This
willenabletheFollowMeHomefunction,dippedbeam
headlampsandrearfoglampswillilluminatedepending
uponthevehicleconguration.Forsomemodels,itcanbe
setinthe"ComfortandConvenience"in"Vehicle"settings
ontheentertainmentdisplay.
DaytimeRunningLamp
Thedaytimerunninglampsturnonautomaticallywhen
thevehiclepowersystemisintheONposition.When
thesidelampsareswitchedon,thedaytimerunninglamps
extinguishautomatically.
FindMyCar
Afterthevehiclehasbeenleftinalockedconditionin
excessof2minutes,pressingthelockbuttonagainonthe
remotekeywillenabletheFindMyCarfunction.This
functionwillidentifythecarbymeansofanaudibleand
visualalert.PressingtheLockbuttononthehandsetagain
willsuspendthisoperation.PressingtheUnlockbutton
willcancelthisoperation.Onsomemodelsthisfeature
canbesetvia"ComfortandConvenience"intheVehicle
Settingsontheentertainmentdisplay.
