3Therearfoglampsarenotturnedon.
Whenthesmartmainbeamsystemisenabled,theauto
mainbeamindicatorontheinstrumentpackilluminates.
Themainbeamlampswillremainonunderautomatic
controluntilanyofthefollowingconditionsoccur:
•Thesystemdetectstheheadlampsofapproaching
vehicles.
•Thesystemdetectsthetaillampsofvehiclesahead.
•Thesurroundingsbecomebrightenoughnottorequire
mainbeam.
•Thevehiclespeeddropsbelowthe25mph(40km/h)
threshold.
Thesystemwilltemporarilysuspendthesmartmainbeam
functiononcethefollowingconditionsaremet:
Withthesmartmainbeamsystemenabled,instantaneously
pullthelightinglevertowardsthesteeringwheel,thesmart
mainbeamfunctionwillbetemporarilysuspendedandit
willrecoveraftertheswitchisreleased.
Note:Continuouslyoperatingthemainbeamswitch
within2secondswillretainthemainbeamlamps
underautomaticcontrol.
IMPORTANT
Thesmartmainbeamfunctionusesdatafromthefront
viewcamera,alwayskeepthewindscreencleanand
freefromresidueinthisareatomaintainoptimum
performanceofthissystem.Anydamageinthisarea,
suchasstonechipsmustberepairedattheearliest
convenience.
HazardWarningLamp
Pressthehazardwarninglampbuttontoturnon
thehazardwarninglamps.Theturningsignallampsand
directionindicatorlampswillashtogether .Pressthe
buttonagaintoswitchoffthehazardwarninglamps.All
turningsignallampsanddirectionindicatorlampswillstop
