MG ZS Series - Wiper Speed Selection; Wash and Wipe Function

INSTRUMENTSANDCONTROLS
Iftherainsensordetectsacontinuousrainwater,the
wiperwillkeepworking.Whennorainisdetected,it
isrecommendedtoswitchoffautomaticwipe.
SlowWipe
Bypushingtheleveruptotheslowwipeposition(2),the
wiperswilloperateslowly.Movethelevertore-selectthe
wipespeed.
FastWipe
Bypushingtheleveruptothefastwipeposition(3),the
wiperswilloperatefast.Movethelevertore-selectthe
wipespeed.
SingleWipe
Pressingthelever(4)downandreleasingwilloperate
asinglewipe,iftheleverishelddown,thewiperswill
operateathighspeeduntiltheleverisreleased.
Note:Whenthecarisstationary,ifthebonnet
isopened,thefrontwiper/washerwillstopwork
immediately.
IMPORTANT
•Avoidoperatingthewiperonadrywindscreen.
•Infreezingorextremelyhotweatherconditions,
makesurethatthewiperbladesarenot
frozen/adheredtothewindscreen.
•Inwinter,removesnoworicefromaroundthearms
andblades,includingthewipedareaofthescreen.
ProgrammedWash/Wipe
Pullingthelevertowardthesteeringwheel(6)willoperate
thewindscreenwashers.Afterashortdelay,thewipers
willcommenceoperatinginconjunctionwiththewashers.
Note:Thewiperscontinueoperatingforafurther
threewipesaftertheleverisreleased.Afterseveral
seconds,therewillbeafurtherwipetoremoveany
uiddrainingdownthescreen.
