This pump was designed to inject an acid solution for correcting the pH.
Deze doseringspomp werd ontwikkeld om een zure oplossing toe te voegen om op die
manier de pH-waarde te verlagen.
The nature of the peristaltic hose and other components constituting the hydraulics are
planned to dose sulphuric acid (H2SO4). All other products, such as hydrochloric acid for
example, are banned from use because they can damage the pump. No guarantee can be
provided on a pump containing a differing product from sulphuric acid.
De peristaltische slang en andere onderdelen die de hydraulica aanvoeren, zijn ontworpen
om zwavelzuur de doseren (H2SO4). Alle andere producten, zoals zoutzuur, mogen niet
gebruikt worden omdat deze de pomp kunnen beschadigen. Wij kunnen geen garantie
verlenen voor pompen die een ander product dan zwavelzuur bevatten.
Operation Principle

The functioning principle of the peristaltic pump is based on the pressure and release of the
hose (A) by the roller holder (C), which is moved by the motor. The double action of pressure
and release of the hose generates a suction force along the hose that sucks the chemical and
pushes it to the output. The flow depends on the speedy of rotation of the motor and on the
diameter of the hose.
Deze pomp gebruikt het werkingsprincipe van een peristaltische pomp: een slang (A) die
gemonteerd is op een slanghouder (C), drukt een peristaltische slang plat langs de wand.
Doordat deze plat gedrukt wordt, ontstaat er druk waardoor de vloeistof door de pompbuis
opgezogen wordt. Op het ogenblik dat de eerste slang zich losmaakt van de peristaltische
slang, wordt er een tweede slang platgedrukt. Hierdoor wordt de vloeistof die net door de
pompbuis werd opgezogen teruggedrongen.

Install the pump:
Installeer de pomp als volgt:
On the pump shelf so that the pump head stays always in vertical position +/- 15°.
De pompkast moet verticaal geïnstalleerd worden +/- 15°.
