The warranty does not cover:
• The product deterioration by normal use.
• Defects caused by misuse with, or connection to, any
accessory or software not genuine Midland.
Warranty is not enforceable:
• If the product has been dismantled, modied or
repaired by anyone other than the authorized
service centre or if it’s repaired using unauthorized
spare parts.
• If the product has been exposed to environmental
conditions for which it has not been designed.
• In case of corrosion, oxidation or spill battery uid.
• If the serial number has been removed, erased,
altered or is illegible.
Nobody will be indemnied for the inactivity period
of the device nor can expect refund or claim for direct
or circumstantial damages due to an inappropriate
use of the device.
