Step 13:
Lower table onto dolly. Look under base for leveling feet
(4). Note: Skip to step 15 if feet are installed.
Step 14: 625-004 (ONLY)
Remove box with feet (4) from under table back and
install into base.
Step 15:
Move table to desired location.
Step 16:
Remove table from dolly with footrest.
Step 17:
Remove power cord from treatment pan, connect to rear of table, and plug into wall or floor outlet.

WARNING
This product is to be installed in accordance
with applicable national and local electrical
codes. Use only on electrical power that is properly
protected and capable of the rated load marked on
this product. If this product is rated for 115V, 12 Amps
or higher, it is recommended to be plugged into a
dedicated 15 Amp circuit. Failure to comply could
result in serious injury if not avoided.
