pre-warmed and
flushed through.

Pre-heat the cup
with hot water.
Fill a stainless
steel jug one
third full with
cold, semi-
skimmed milk.

Select steam
and as soon as
steam appears
turn the steam
control dial back
toO.
Position the
steam spout in
the jug just below
the surface of the
milk.
Slowly turn the
dial anti-clock-
wise.
Move the jug in
circles until a
thick froth has
built up. Then
lower the spout
deeper into the
milk to heat it up.
Do not let the
milk boil!

Turn
back
the dial
