@ The Cooker Hood is suitable for
use above gas and electric equip-
ment
electric: 20" (49 cm) distance
gas: 26" (65 cm) distance
between cooking surface and bot-
tom edge of Cooker Hood.
For safety reasons install Cooker
Hood at least in measurements as
mentioned above.
® Do not install Cooker Hood over
cooking areas using solid fuels.
@ Only use fire resistant ducting mat-
erial. These are available at your
Miele Service Center.
Vented Operation
Existing regulations require that
exhaust air may not be extracted
through a chimney nor through a shaft
in usé for heating, air conditioning or
other purposes. When in doubt
please consult with your local build-
ing authorities.
