Assembly

Removing Battery Pack from Tool

Remove battery pack by pushing release buttons and pulling it away from the tool.

Inserting Battery Pack into Tool

Slide battery pack onto tool body until it latches securely into place.

Adjusting the Pivot Head

Pivot head range of 140°; 110° up and 30° down with detents every 10°.

Replacing the Bulb

Remove battery pack, unscrew bezel, pull heat sink, remove bulb. Use soft cloth for installation.

Clip-Lok System

The Clip-Lok system consists of two pieces: the belt clip and the tool holder.

Attaching the Belt Clip

Mount the belt clip to tool belts, bags, or buckets by pulling the clamp release and sliding the clamp.

Using the Clip-Lok Tool Holder

Attach tool by sliding holder onto belt clip stud until pin engages. Release by pushing tool release lever.

Maintain Work Light

Adopt a regular maintenance program for your work light, battery pack, and charger.
