Nozzle Check Menu
This configures the operations related to Nozzle Missing check function.

Set the type of cleaning to perform

ON/OFF Set this to automatically perform
nozzle recovery.

*1. If in the middle of the printing process, the machine reaches the set length, the nozzle is checked at the beginning of the next print.
*2. Nozzle recovery may not be applicable depending on the print conditions.
Printing Nozzle Check Flow
Nozzle check is performed at the start of the printing process according to the following flow.
• This is enabled when "Printing Nozzle Check" is set to "ON".
• RETRY and AUTO NOZZLE RECOVERY are set only when this setting is enabled.

Nozzle check → judgment
Detects missing nozzles.

Action → nozzle check → judgment
If more missing nozzles than the "Judgment Condition" are detected after the nozzle check, perform cleaning
and run the nozzle check again.
3.
Retry → judgment
If more missing nozzles than the "Judgment Condition" are detected after the recovery operation, the
recovery operation is re-run.
– This applies if the "RETRY COUNT" is set to 1 or more.
