Remove the KB bracket screws (x4),
then disconnect the connector and
remove the keyboard.

Remove the Y-axis motor cover (right
side: 2 screws, left side: 2 screws).
Remove the left side screws (x2) after manually
move the head above the platen.

Loosen the screws (x4) that affix the Y-axis motor belt, and reduce the belt tension.

Remove the screws (x2) from the top of
the Y-axis motor then remove the YM
top plate.

Use pliers or a spanner to remove the
YM stat 33 (x2).

Remove the Y-axis motor assembly while taking care not to drop it.
9
Release the 2 clamps and the cable (directly connected to main PCB).
