Ink Expiration Over M_ _ _ _ _ _

The ink has expired (less than 2 months
from expiration).
Replace the ink pack or 10kg ink tank and
ink IC chip.
(It can be used from the expiration date up to
2 months.)

Maintenance washing liquid cartridge is
empty.
Replace with a new maintenance washing
liquid cartridge.

The ambient temperature is higher than
the usable temperature of the equip-
ment.
Adjust the room temperature to the usable
temperature (20°C - 30 °C) because there is
a possibility that normal print results may not
be obtained due to adverse effects on ink
discharge.

the usable temperature of the machine.
!Connect 10kg Supply Unit The 10kg supply unit is not connected.
Restart the unit.

bar position is detected.
Lower the take-up tension bar.
Feeding LimitDetect
The upper limit of the feeding tension bar
position is detected.
Lower the feeding tension bar.

The take-up tension bar is not moving
from the lower limit position.
Check that the take-up unit works properly
with the jog key.

The feeding tension bar is not moving
from the lower limit position.
Check that the feeding unit works properly
with the jog key.
Take-up CoverOpen The cover of the take-up unit is open. Close the cover of the take-up unit.
Feeding CoverOpen The cover of the feeding unit is open. Close the cover of the feeding unit.

feeding is reversed.
Restart the unit.

take-up unit.

The emergency stop switch of the feed-
ing unit is pushed.
Release the emergency stop switch of the
feeding unit.
Take-up Unit Power
The normal state of the inverter of the
take-up unit cannot be confirmed.
Restart the unit and check that the inverter
power supply of the take-up unit is in normal
condition.
Feeding Unit Power
The normal state of the inverter of the
feeding unit cannot be confirmed.
Restart the unit and check that the inverter
power supply of the feeding unit is in normal
condition.
Take-up Relay Welding
There is a possibility that the relay of the
take-up unit is broken.
Restart the unit.
If displaying again, contact your local distrib-
utor, our sales office, or service center.
Feeding Relay Welding
There is a possibility that the relay of the
feeding unit is broken.
Replace Wiper
The used count of wiper has exceeded
the specified number.
Execute maintenance, station maint.?and
replace wiper to replace the wiper.
