When the below-cell weighing port is installed, the IP protection is reduced due to
the opening of the housing.
3.2.2Leveling the weighing platform
Purpose:
-to compensate for unevenness at the place of installation
-to ensure that the device is placed in a perfectly horizontal position for consistently
reproducible weighing results
Always re-level the weighing platform any time after it has been moved to a dierent
location.
.Screw the lock nut onto the center of the hook.
.Screw the hook into the equipment.
.Secure the hook (accessory no.: 69EA0040) using the lock nut (1.2 Nm), make sure
that you do not create any force shunts. (Install a draft shield if necessary.)
.Level the weighing platform using the four leveling feet.
.Turn the feet until the air bubble is centered in the level indicator.
.Ensure that all leveling feet make contact with the oor.
Each of the leveling feet must support an equal load.
.Adjusting the leveling feet: To raise the weighing platform, extend the leveling feet
(turn counterclockwise). To lower the weighing platform, retract the leveling feet (turn
clockwise).
