The Drying Procedure
High humidity or sudden changes in humidity can cause condensation to
form on the surface of the PC drum and the scanner. This can result in
smudged copies and missing text. In this occurs, start the drying
procedure.
1
Press the [UTILITY] button on the
control panel.
The display will change.

Press the [USER MANAGEMENT]
key.
The display will change.

Press the [DEHUMIDIFY] key.
The drum drying process is carried
out. The process will end
automatically. Starting a copy cycle
during the drying procedure stops
thedryingprocedure.

Make any other desired changes to
the user management settings.
