This function allows the Tech. Rep. to set the administrator number that is used to open
the “Admin. Management” screen of Utility.
<Setting Procedure>
1. Touch [Administrator # Input] to open the Administrator # Input menu screen.
2. Blank out the numeric data with the Clear key and enter the desired number from the
10-Key Pad.
3. Touch [Enter] to validate the entry of the number.

This function maintains the counts of the various counters, thus aiding the Tech. Rep. in
performing service jobs.
<Setting Procedure>
1. Touch [Counter] to open the Counter menu screen.
2. Touch [Check] and then the desired counter to open the detailed counter screen.
3. To clear a count, touch [Counter Reset], the key of the counter to be cleared, and
[END].

Paper Shows the number of sheets of paper used by the size and type. Each
counter may be reset to 0 independently of the others:
<Clearing a Count>
Touch the item key whose count is to be cleared and press the Clear
key. If a count is accidentally cleared, pressing the Interrupt key will
undo the clear operation.
