7. Remove the compression coil.
NOTE
When reinstalling the compression coil, place it so that its
close-coiled end faces the Separator Unit.
8. Remove one C-clip and the Separator Assy.
9. Remove one C-clip and the Separator Roll Assy.
10. Remove the harness from the edge cover and cord clamp.
11. Remove four screws and the Solenoid Mounting Bracket.
NOTE
When the solenoid has been replaced or the solenoid
mounting screws removed, be sure to adjust the position
of the solenoid. (For the adjustment procedure, see p.
D-98.)
