Application:
Decks may be used singularly or in combination to form the
structures of the Playville System.
Decks may be also be used as multipurpose and take off decks.
Decks may be installed at heights of 0.3m, 0.6m, 0.9m, 1.2m, 1.5m
& 1.8m above ground level.
Maintenance
All fasteners should be regularly
checked and retightened, if necessary,
1 week after installation.
Ongoing maintenance intervals will vary
according to the amount of use the
equipment receives.
Recommend inspection intervals every 3
months.
Installation Instructions:
1. Refer to the plan view for the position of the platform
2. Lift the platform into position in between the four uprights.
3. The platform can now be bolted to the uprights using Torx
Bolts with Flat Washers Under the heads.
4. Using Torx Bolts with Flat Washers and Nyloc Nut
,
bolt this
deck to the adjoining deck.
5. Check all nuts are tight and deck is level.
6. All Deck edges are supplied with a 5mm pilot hole. A 12mm
hole is needed to attach components.
Note
: Do not drill hole if not required.
5mm hole is in compliance with the Australian Standards
In-ground Upright depth may vary
depending on Softfall
- Sand/Mulch/Grass–700mm (Pictured)

+ 300mm Added to Upright depth if
component is Freestanding
