6. Set the network configuration as follows. (Set the IP address for each station.)

8. Set the refresh settings as follows.

9. In "Communication Mode" under "Application Settings", set "Unicast" or "Multicast".

11. Write the set parameters to the FX5 CPU module on the master station. Then, reset the FX5 CPU module or power off
and on the system.
