15 NETWORK COMMON INSTRUCTIONS
15.1 Link Dedicated Instructions
• When executing multiple link dedicated instructions concurrently, be careful not to overlap the channels of the link
dedicated instructions. Multiple link dedicated instructions specifying the same channel cannot be used concurrently.
• When the RECV instruction is used to read receive data from the same channel, the RECVS instruction (for use in interrupt
programs) cannot be used in combination.
• The execution status and the completion status of the RECV instruction can be checked with the completion device (d2)
and the completion status indication device (d2)+1.
• The following figure shows the execution timing of the RECV instruction.
• Read processing is performed only once on the rising edge when the read command turns on.
• Completion device (d2)
This device turns on during END processing of the scan where the RECV instruction completes, and turns off during the next END processing.
• Completion status indication device (d2)+1
This device turns on or off depending on the completion status of the RECV instruction.
When completed successfully: The device remains off.
When completed with an error: The device turns on during END processing of the scan where the RECV instruction completes, and turns off during the next
END processing.
• When completed successfully
For the execution timing, refer to the following functions.
