A program operation is suspended while the operation status of the CPU module is in STOP or PAUSE. Consequently,
measurement of the i_dModeMonitorTime elapsed time is stopped.
■ For M+SF_MODSEL_R (i_bAutoSetMode=OFF) Error condition 2 at Mode inputs (All
i_bS_ModeX=OFF after i_dModeMonitorTime).
