If CPU parameters of a control CPU module are changed during data sampling in each sequence scan, data sampling is
stopped. Since the assignment of devices may be changed due to the change of CPU parameters, set target data with the C
intelligent function module dedicated function (CITL_SetCollectData) again when restarting data sampling.
