MaxComLogCount Set the maximum number of logs which can be checked with BACnet Communication within
the range of 100 to 10000.

SleepTime Specify an idling time (unit: milliseconds) from when all the values in the buffer memory are
read to when a value is read next time.
By lengthen the idling time, the load of the BACnet module is reduced. However, the
application of values takes time.
Taking the load of a BACnet module in consideration, 120 (milliseconds) is recommended.
