3 POSITIONING DEDICATED SIGNALS
3.3 Motion Registers (#)
There are motion registers (#0 to #12287) in the Motion CPU. #8000 to #8639 are
used as the monitor device, #8640 to #8735 are used as the Motion error history
device and #8736 to #8751 are used as the product information list device.
Refer to the "Q173D(S)CPU/Q172D(S)CPU Motion Controller (SV13/SV22)
Programming Manual (Motion SFC)" for details of the motion registers and Motion
error history device.
