D LINK LED is flashing.
Check error factors with the CC IE Control
diagnostics and take corrective actions according
to the troubleshooting section.
Start the PLC diagnostics in the programming tool.
Perform a unit test to the CC-Link IE controller
network module.
After completion of the test, set the control station
to online.
Restart cyclic transmission.
