13. POSITIONING MODE
13.3 Automatic operation mode for point table method
13.3.1 What is automatic operation mode?
(1) Concept of automatic operation
Automatic operation is a positioning function to automatically start and stop at a target position with one-
time start signal. The data required for positioning is set in the point table.

There are two types of command systems; the absolute value command system which requires specifying
the positioning addresses to move to for each automatic operation and the incremental value command
system which requires specifying the travel distance from the current position to the target position.
