This section explains how to insert and remove a CompactFlash card and how to stop
access to the CompactFlash card.
6.8.1 Inserting/removing the CompactFlash card
This section explains how to insert and remove a CompactFlash card.
IMPORTANT
Before handling a CompactFlash card, touch a grounded metal object to discharge the
static electricity from the human body.
Failure to do so may cause failure of the module or malfunction.
Do not power off or reset the system, or remove the CompactFlash card while a file is
written to the CompactFlash card.
Doing so can cause corruption of the CompactFlash card data or a file system error.

•To power off or reset the system: Page 8-9, Section 8.2.2
