16.2.17 When unable to make a Telnet connection
The following flowchart shows the procedures to be taken when Telnet connection cannot
be made to the C Controller module from the command prompt on the development
environment (personal computer).

Check for Ethernet cable connection.
Check if the Ethernet cable is
connected to the correct interface
