* 1 An error may occur if an Ethernet cable (crossing cable) is not connected properly.
Correctly connect and wire the cable again, and then reexecute the self-diagnostic test for Mode 2.
* 2 An error may occur if a CompactFlash card is not inserted.
Insert a CompactFlash card and then reexecute the self-diagnostic test for Mode 3.
* 3 An error may occur if a self-loopback distribution cable is not connected correctly.
Correctly connect and distribute the cable again, and then reexecute the self-diagnostic test for
Mode 4.
Retry the diagnostics and setting if they failed.
If failure is detected again, the hardware of the C Controller module may be faulty.
Please consult your local Mitsubishi representative, explaining the details of the
problem.
