3.4.7 Set value check code (buffer memory address 11 to 18: Un\G11 to Un\G18)
(1) This area stores the result of checking whether a digital value that was set is
within or outside the valid range.
(2) When a digital value outside the valid range (refer to Table 3.11) is written, one
of the check codes listed in Table 3.12 is stored.

000FH A digital value exceeding the valid range was written.
00F0H A digital value that falls short of the valid range was written.
00FFH
A digital value that either falls short or exceeds the valid range was

the valid range.
(4) To reset CH Set value check code (buffer memory address 11 to 18 : Un\G11
to 18), set Error clear request (YF) to on after rewriting the digital value so that it is
within the valid range.
(5) For the Q62DAN and Q62DA, Un\G13 to Un\G18 (CH3 to CH8) become invalid.
For the Q64DAN and Q64DA, Un\G15 to Un\G18 (CH5 to CH8) become invalid.
