Motion SFC start request from the PLC CPU to the Motion CPU:

*3 For operating system software version "09" or earlier, 0 to 255.

Request to start the Motion SFC program of program No. specified with (n2). The Motion SFC program can start any task
setting of the normal task, event task and NMI task.
