1.2 Installing the relief valve
Install the relief valve onto the side face of the
cylinder block, tightening it to the specified
torque.
1.3 Installing the oil filter
(1) Apply a thin coating of engine oil to the oil filter
gasket.
(2) Screw in the filter until the gasket contacts the
mounting face. Then, tighten to the specified
torque.

Apply engine oil.
Tightening torque:
44.1 to 53.9 N
m
(4.5 to 5.5 kgf
m)
[32.5 to 39.8 lbf
ft]
Tightening torque:
10.8 to 12.7 N
m

m)
[8.0 to 9.4 lbf
ft]
