Replacement of Hydraulic Oil filter
Provide a cartridge type hydraulic oil filter and
replace.
[First time]
Replace after operation for 100 hours.
[Second time and on]
Replace at every operation for 300 hours.
Clean around the hydraulic oil filter removing
dirt located on the left below of the step.
Remove the cover from the step by removing
bolts.
Remove the hydraulic oil filter using a special
tool (commercial item) if not loosened
manually.
After replacing the hydraulic oil filter, oil is
supplied more for the volume of the oil filter;
therefore, operate the engine for five minutes
and stop the engine, wait for five minutes and
check the oil level at the oil level gauge.
Supply oil to the upper limit of the oil level
gauge if insufficient.
NOTE
- When attaching the hydraulic oil filter, apply
oil to the packing side, tighten the hydraulic
oil filter manually, and tighten 2/3 rotation
approximately after the packing makes
contact with the sealing face.

Inspection and Replacement of Front Axle Oil
Inspection and Oil Supply
- If the oil comes out when removing the level
plug, it is appropriate. If insufficient, supply
oil to the oil filler port until the oil comes out
from the oil level hole.
