The LED ON status is displayed.
No. LED name Status
1) RUN LED 0000H : Indicates that LED is unlit.
2) ERR. LED 0001H : Indicates that LED is lit.
3) ALM LED
Alternate display of 0000H and 0001H: Indicates that LED is
flashing.
(b) H/W SW information
The status of the intelligent function module switch setting is displayed.
