(5) Selection of the annual cooling function
(a) The annual cooling function can be enabled or disabled by means
of the jumper wire (J172) on the indoor unit PCB and the dip switch
(SW2-4) on the interface kit (option) PCB.
Note: (1) Default states of the jumper wire (J172) and the interface kit at the shipping from factory – On the
PCB, the dip switch (SW2-4) is set to enable the annual cooling function.
(2) To cancel the annual cooling setting, consult your dealer.
(b) Content of control
(i)
If the outdoor air temperature sensor (TH3) detects below 5°C, the indoor unit
speed is switched to 9th step. (It is not possible to change.)
(ii)
If the outdoor air temperature sensor (TH3) detects higher than 7°C, the indoor
unit speed is changed to the normal control speed.
